Privacy on RankBrawl

RankBrawl is a community ranking site operated by the owner reachable at xxxjoachimxxx@gmail.com.

Account and participation data

We store your account email, Google account identifier when you sign in with Google, an essential session cookie, likes, entry and edit requests, reports, and moderation records. Your account email is not displayed publicly. The administrator can access it to review requests and handle moderation.

Google sign-in

Google sign-in requests your identity and email address. We use the verified email and account identifier to authenticate you, associate votes and requests with your account, prevent abuse and identify the administrator. We do not sell this Google identity data or use it for advertising. It does not request access to Gmail, Drive, contacts or other Google account content. Google processes the sign-in under its own privacy policy.

Images and published entries

Image cropping happens on your device. Only the final optimized avatar is uploaded; we do not receive or store your original image. Approved entries, avatars and tags are public. Pending requests and draft images are available to their author and the administrator. Weekly history stores entry totals rather than voter identities.

Hosting and essential security

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Requests include standard network information such as an IP address. The application uses IP-based rate limits to reduce spam. Essential cookies keep you signed in; there is no advertising tracker or analytics script added by the site.

Requests about your data

Contact xxxjoachimxxx@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of your account data. Do not send passwords or secret keys. Published entries may remain as community pages after removal of their creator’s account.
